22 March 2024: The 2024 Australian Game Developer Awards, affectionately known as the AGDAs, are set to elevate and celebrate the incredible Australian games industry. This prestigious event will take place on the evening of Wednesday, October 9th, at The Forum in Melbourne as part of Melbourne International Games Week (MIGW).
Previous AGDAs winners, include games such as like Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical, Gubbins, Cult of the Lamb, Unpacking, Moving Out, Wylde Flowers, Untitled Goose Game and The Oregon Trail, all of which have garnered numerous accolades across the global awards circuit. The AGDAs showcase the immense talent of the Australian teams and individuals behind many highly creative and wonderfully innovative game projects.

GAMES AWARDS
IGEA establishes an extensive judging panel of experts from across the entire video games industry to ensure appropriate consideration is undertaken for each game submitted. Each year we invite people from across the industry to be part of the judging panel.
If you would like to join this year’s judging panel, we encourage you to apply here.
Submissions for the judging panel will close on April 5th, so don’t delay!
